Cancellation on the day will charge 100% from the Total Payment

No-Show will be charge of 100% of the TOTAL payment

Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. We takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.

Booking and Payment Procedure

Easy-peachy!

1. Deposit cannot be returned for any reason since it will be used for tax, administration fee and national park ticket purchase: ticket cannot be returned. It can only be rescheduled once in the same year and using the same identity.

2. Deposit should bein Rupiah (Indonesia Rupiah) and in accordance with the daily exchange rate, in which during the making of this statement, the daily exchange rate is $1(¥110) = Rp15,000 IDR which means that you should pay deposit as much as Rp 900,000/ person or $60(¥6,600)/person.

3. Deposit does not require any additional of hidden fees.

4. The remaining payment must be paid at the day of arrival using Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollar according to the daily exchange rate.

5. Important note: Rinjani climbing is limited to only 240 Hikker per day, therefore if the quota runs out, you certainly cannot join the climbing. Please confirm and send the members’ data earlier.

This policy is stipulated for the sake of both parties and commitment that both parties have been made.
